This place is great looking and fancy. the staff are very welcoming. the building is nice. the rooms are stylish with an amazing view and a beautiful balcony. the location is particularly good, next to Eilat and the Mediterranean. the beach is down a hill, and the town center couldn't be better.

Everything was great, favourable location in a quiet neighborhood with free parking onsite, the staff were nice. Location: the hotel was very close to car rental, the sea and shopping center, and the beach down a hill. A few times I ate at Pini Lek, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Loved the terrace with sun loungers, perfect for my daily tanning session. The 24-hour gym was great, I mean, who needs sleep when you can exercise all night? And scuba diving? So much fun, almost drowned, but hey, it's an adventure!

Oh, and did I mention the outdoor tennis court? Yeah, it was completely useless to me.

The room was neat and fantastic, complete with a jacuzzi and shower. The hotel's location near Kings City Park is great. The pool area is amazing. The staff is understanding, nice, and pays attention to detail.

Upon arrival at Custo Club, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful villa and modern rooms. Our room was spacious with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the Red Sea. The bathroom was luxurious with 2 sinks and a jacuzzi, even though we didn't get a chance to use it. The LED lights throughout the room added a stylish touch. Additionally, having coffee in the room and access to a shared kitchen was convenient. The owners made sure to personally greet us and provide information about the city, creating a friendly atmosphere. The location was also great, just a 15-minute walk to the beach. Despite a few minor issues, such as unreliable Wi-Fi and some maintenance and cleanliness concerns in the outdoor areas, our overall experience at Custo Club was enjoyable and comfortable.
